I’ve been going for Tires used for years in Rhode Island several different places. This is by far the best prices best experience and most honest. As an old mechanic, I would 1000% recommend this place. I have two other cars that need tires and I’m bringing them here next week

After visiting several shops this morning looking for a good set of used tire for my conversion van JM Auto service had a great selection to chose from, I also got me a 4 wheel alignment while I was there.. so if your loooking for tires in the Providence area JM is the place. Good service, prices and administration.. God Bless

What a place! Edgardo was so pleasant on the phone and answered all my questions. Jenny, what a sweetheart! She had me informed from the beginning to the end. Micha (mechanic) very pleasant explained everything the car needed and showed me everything. I will be coming back. Totally recommend.

José, Edgar and the really nice lady at the middle desk(sorry I don't know her name), went above and beyond with my car. As soon they found out I need it my car for work on Monday the rush and stayed extra time to fix my car on Saturday afternoon!! I really appreciate their effort and services with my Mitsubishi Mirage. I recommend this place a 100% Thank you!!!

I brought my car to JM Auto after hearing good things, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was welcoming and took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand. They checked my tires, fixed a small issue I didn’t even realize was there, and didn’t overcharge me. It’s hard to find an auto shop that feels this honest and dependable.. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I rarely write reviews but I Went here a few months ago and even waited to see how my car would be over the course of the weeks after. My car broke down and there seemed to be several things wrong. They gave me a true breakdown of everything, and communicated really well additionally giving pictures of what needed work. There was even something they could fix and didn’t have to order the part anymore at the end and they could have scammed me and charged me anyways since it was in the estimate but they honorably told me they could repair it and took off the extra couple hundred the part would have costed. I truly appreciated the honesty and my car hasn’t had a problem since. 100% going back!

It was a seamless experience! Over the phone confirmed the price and it was exactly as it was said on the phone to change the break pads that I had on person. Took two hours same day. Amazing prices! Highly recommended!

100% recommend it! Excellent service and great customer care. The place is super convenient and easy to get to. Everyone is really friendly, and you can find pretty much everything you need. If they don’t have it, they’ll always help you find a solution.

Changed 4 tires, alignment and rolling. Excellent service! Courteous, professional. A very clean, neat waiting room where they treat you for hot chocolate. They explain in a very detailed way and clearly the work to be performed on your car . It's definitely one of the best workshops I've ever visited in Providence.
